NORTH OLMSTED, Ohio — Deemed a proactive move to expedite future development, City Council is currently considering a change to the business district code.
Whereas the city’s planning and zoning code authorizes phased development in residential office, multiple residence developments, senior residence developments and mixed-use developments, the same language doesn’t exist for business district developments.
